Voting is so important. My grandmother, many of my aunts and my mother have worked in the elections process to help their neighbors register to vote as well as staffing the polls on Election Day. For the November 2020 election, I spent the month as a temp worker at the Ada County Elections office helping people get registered to vote and answering questions at the front desk. I met so many wonderful and interesting people. I helped them find their polling places and helped them find the list of candidates that would be on their ballot.

Because of the 10-year census, an Idaho committee is working to re-draw the boundaries. Some of us might find ourselves going to new polling places, but for the most part, not much will change. On November 2, 2022, we will all get the opportunity to chose our leaders. I hope you will research the names on your ballot and chose me, Josi Christensen to represent you in the legislature!
